Hi Brooke – I started the March homework after reading the workbook, but before I watched the video. In doing my homework, I picked a thought that was producing anxiety for me and the exercise helped. My thought related to my beliefs about “money” (specifically income vs. debt).
Now that I have watched the video, I think the idea is to stick with that one particular thought. However, money is not my current goal. I decided to focus on weight loss first so that I could build my “muscles” and ultimately apply all that I am learning to other areas of my life.
Should I continue with “money” for my homework or use my thought downloads/new sentences to refocus and commit to weight loss?
