New things


I often struggle with new things. I don’t like learning new things because I feel stupid that I don’t know how to do it. The process of learning it makes me feel rejected and stupid. Then I abandon it and don’t learn new things. Right now I am in classes and taking piano lessons. I often will not practice or procrastinate on my new classes because I feel stupid and inferior. What are new thoughts I can think? I l already know how to go into my body and feel what I am feeling. I just don’t know how to think new thoughts to help me practice and do my classes anyway. Thanks.
