I just joined a few days ago.  I’m doing my 1st model after my first thought download.

My circumstance – my sales numbers have been coming in consistently about 70 to 90% of my goal since May 2021
My thought – I’m such an f’ing loser
My feeling – shame
Actions – I withdrawal, I do nothing, I go to my room and hide

I’m stuck on what the result is because the only answer I can come up with is I get depressed but that’s a feeling what am I doing wrong.
