My niche client thinks:
The career choices I made in my early 20s no longer feel compatible with who I am as I approach 40 and have small children at home. I love being at home with my children but have made compromises in taking a decision to leave the promotion track.
I was told by my parents and teachers that it was possible for my generation to have it all. I still believe this. I know that there are many possibilities open to me and need help in defining what “it all” means to me. What’s next?
