I have given up flour and sugar in my protocol, but have still included wine.
But shouldn’t I consider wine a ‘sugar’ and eliminate it as well? It acts pretty much the same way in a body…
Overdrinking is my next project. I calendared it already! But you said to constrain and it makes sense to do one major change at a time and then use the meta skill to take on the next one.
