No question, just a thank you

Brooke, I just wanted to say that it’s day 8 of coaching myself (the first time Ive committed to doing it daily since joining Scholars), and between the consistency of the workbook and watching the latest live coaching call, I’m finally getting the hang of how to thought download in a way that’s actually helpful. Before I was mostly journaling negatively, but after showing up and listening to you coach others, Im finally able to clearly identify dominant thoughts in mah brain that need to be coached. So thank you. And thank me for finally self coaching enough to break thru some of the fog. 😉
