Noncaloric Drinks


Brooke recommends not to use noncaloric drinks and food. What if I am physically very hungry (at 8 or 9 on the hunger scale) and it is still 3 hours to the meal I scheduled on the protocol, can I have some tea (no sugar or anything added)? Can I add tea to my protocol? How do I know when I am having a cup of tea in order to take care of myself, to simply enjoy it, and when I use it to avoid feeling my feelings?
