I drive myself crazy, daily, with thoughts of “I’m not a good enough mother,” all the way to “I am ruining my daughter’s lives”.
1) I suffer from it daily. 2) I don’t think it makes me act any better.
I take parenting classes and just got a private parenting coach – and still, I have these thoughts.
C – I am a mother.
T – I am not a good enough mother.
F – Panic
A – all over the place, no consistency.
R – I suffer daily from the thoughts+not authentic with my girls.
Help!
