Brooke said on the last weight loss call, her goal is not to get enjoyment from our food as it is fuel. The more I do intermittent fasting, the more I seem to enjoy my food. Fruits and vegetables taste so much better. How do we not enjoy food as it seems to get more enjoyable? Are we to keep reducing the types until we are eating a sawdust bar, no real flavor?
The difference is I can stop when satisfied and the foods I’m eating are healthier than before. I have 30 pounds to lose.
