I’ve reached my target weight over last 8 months but till date I’ve not followed my protocol for 2 weeks . Generally I will have one meal as per protocol but dinner I usually have out of protocol food . I want to follow protocol for 2 weeks
T can’t stick to protocol during dinner . Husband expects me to share a meal with him as we ve been doing for more than a decade

Having a loving meal with my husband has such a strong neuronal pathway . What thoughts can I chose to break this neuronal pathway ?
