I just joined your self coaching scholars four days ago. I’m very excited about it!
I just wanted to tell you that even though it has only been a few days I’m already starting to see the difference. I use the model now (I didn’t before) and it really helps. I’m beginning to see the thoughts that are blocking me and I am working on changing them.
After listening to your podcast on negativity I noticed that I indeed had negative thoughts (such as I don’t like, I can’t, etc). I thought myself to be a pretty positive person but there they were those negative little thoughts. So now I’m working on changing them to positive.
