I have, in the past, used what I’ve learned about overeating from Brooke to really stick to my protocol and really lose some weight. The past month, I have struggled sticking to my protocol. No matter how generous I am with myself the night before, I don’t stick to it the following day. I am trying not to shame myself, but I also see that my relationship with myself isn’t what I want it to be.
Can you help me reboot myself? What am I missing?
