I’m new to practicing the model and am finding I can quickly identify my C, T and F line but often get stuck on the A and R line. Here’s an example I’d love some help with:
C – I’ve put on weight
T – I look fat
F – insecure
A – spend ages looking in the mirror and judging myself for how my clothes don’t look good, ruminate over how bad I look, exercise and eat from a place of lack / fear – resistance to what is
R – I’m not sure what the result is?
