Obsessed with labs

So I get in these thought loops where I think something is wrong with me and get labs done – I then freak out/worry until I get the results back – so far they are all negative – but it’s like I can’t relax until I know the results…It’s almost like “when I weight X amount, then I will be ok” except I’m using it as “when I get my results back, then I will be ok”

How do I break this pattern?
