Hi Brooke
After we do the thought download and answer the questions for week one: thoughts and circumstances….are we suppose to take it a step further and ask ourselves the 3 questions for each thought as per the instructions in the beginning of the book? i dont see space for it on the pages of week one so im wondering if i do that now in my head or that will come up in a later week? Thank you
