I need to record some coaching sessions for certification. I have a couple of people in mind to offer to coach for the recording but I am finding myself delaying asking them, not organizing them.

T: I don’t want to ask people to practice with
F: Embarrassed
A: I don’t contact people to offer coaching, I do anything else that is not that, have a lot of mind drama over doing it
R: I don’t ask people to practice with

I know it’s mind drama but I am having trouble letting go of the mind drama. (Yes, it’s also a thought. LOL).
