I already know this is going to be a challenging month – it will be so good! Yesterday I wanted to plan a binge. I went to the grocery store and looked and held food I use to love to binge with. I knew it was my brain seeking emotional support. I basically had to talk my brain off the ledge and tell myself it is going to be ok. And I did not write down really impossible things, I was writing possible but hard things. Question, when I write down impossible things, as a new coach, am I writing something that may be possible in 5 years but impossible for 2018? For instance, how far do we go with the impossible.
