One Meal A Day

Hi Brooke,

I have been finding myself really only wanting to eat once a day. In the morning I have iced coffee with 2 tbsp heavy cream. Then I eat a large dinner around 6 or 7 pm usually, when I’m home from work. It consists of salad, full fat dressing, roasted veggies, nuts, cheese and some kind of protein (turkey, chicken, tuna, etc). I’ve really only just started this protocol, but I really like not eating during the day when I’m at work. Do you think eating one meal a day (OMAD) is detrimental to weight loss? I read mixed opinions in researching this topic online.
