Hi Brooke,

On the bonus call on Monday, you stated that you “loved cash” and I mentioned that I was raised with “the love of money is the root of all evil” Bible verse and how hearing you express your love for money immediately made me feel some of kind of way—i.e. Ugh. I don’t want to let money control me or be greedy, etc.

You explained more of your perspective and analysis—i.e. love what money can allow us to do, serve, help, give, etc. and that made sense to me. And during this explanation you stated, “I believe poverty is the root of all evil, but that’s a topic/conversation for another day.” I’m curious as to why you think that and what’s your perspective on why/how poverty is the root of all evil.
