I was just wondering if you have any advice about putting goals on hold.
I was making progress towards a weight loss goal and one of the main tools I was using very successfully was intermittent fasting which I did on days when I was in the office. I was making excellent progress however was not at my goal weight when lockdown started. For various reasons, intermittent fasting doesn’t work as well for me when I am at home. Therefore I am think of putting my weightless goal on hold while on lockdown (focusing only on weight maintenance) and prioritising another goal instead for this period (time management).
Is there any reason that you would advise against this approach?
