Physical Capabilities + the mind


Hi Brooke

I’m working on going from a beginning level skier to more intermediate – advanced. I think the biggest thing holding me back is my confidence. I can’t just go skiing everyday until I feel confident – I pretty much need those thoughts now. I don’t know if the thought “I can do this” is enough. What do you suggest to get over the fear of going on harder runs, moving faster, etc.? Thanks
