Picky Eater


I only eat about 15 items from the list of food in the Overeating class. I’ve always told myself and have been labeled a picky eater my entire life. I gag on food I don’t like and sometimes the smell of food can make me sick. Giving up flour and sugar seems damn near impossible for me, but I’ve gotten better. I’m trying to approach this as new life style – lose it the way, you will live it, but I’m having a hard time figuring out how to live off 15 food items. I used to eat breakfast as soon as I woke up and now I IF until 12pm and have a 7 hour eating window each day. 12pm-7pm. I haven’t quite been able to eliminate all sugar/flour yet but I’ve greatly decreased the amount. Any advice on how to give a bit deeper into this? Thanks
