Hi, I was hoping to get some help with the idea of playing small. I have recently notice during my own self coaching that I don’t let myself feel the big or the small emotions entirely. When someone says something nice to me, I notice I don’t take it in fully. In my brain I say something like “that’s sweet or they are just being nice”, etc. When I have a negative emotion I see that I am in resistance there too. Its like I try to rationalize it away instead of leaning into the emotion. I was hoping you could help me open up my feelings both on the “positive side” and negative side. Thanks in advance.
