Hi there – here is my model so far:

C – I have 1 hour of report writing on my schedule for this afternoon (as background I am self employed, so no external driver for this task)
T – I shouldn’t have to do this, Friday afternoon is for winding down.
F – rebellious
A – didn’t do the task, chose to consume lessons online instead
R – work didn’t get done

I’m not sure if I am on the right track. Firstly the A and R lines seem too similar. Secondly have I got too many thoughts in there? On reflection the first part of the thought really flows from the second part.
