Should I postpone a joy eat until after I’m fat adapted?


Good morning Brooke,
I’m coming up on the end of my second week off flour and sugar and IF. Definitely feeling huge differences, but I’m sure I’m not fat adapted yet because my body’s struggling with my usual level of physical activity. I know this will take more time, and I’m not concerned about that. I was planning my first joy eat this weekend, but I suspect that will set me back on getting fat adapted. I’d definitely rather have the energy to get out and do awesome hikes sooner than eat a slice of pizza. (And that alone is pretty mind-blowing!).
