Previously loved job until new system brought in

For the last 15 years, I’ve really loved my job. I deal with emergency dispatch, and the high stakes provide me with a sense of adrenaline. However, since October, my company has released a new system with an extreme amount of glitches (to say the least), which has me working day and night to solve for my clients.

If I don’t solve them, it could have devastating consequences for my clients. I’ve lost most of my work-life balance and have begun to have a lot of anxiety again (after years of keeping it at bay).

I know the system’s issue is not my fault, but I can’t help but internalize the issue if something messes up for my clients.
I want to find balance and calm again, but I don’t know how right now.

C: New system at work that isn’t working
T: This system will have devastating consequences for one (or more) of my clients, and I have to make sure that doesn’t happen.
F: Very anxious, exhausted
A: Work long hours, don’t see my family, always checking and double-checking every action I take (and often catching things the system has “deleted”), short temper
R: No balance or calm

I would love some help on this model and create a new intentional one that will serve me better. Thank you!
