PROCRASTINATING AND FEELING OVERSOLICITATED


Hello,

I suffer from a lot of stress and anxiety due to the amount of things I have to do at work.
My employees ask for my help all day long and as I help them I am not able to finish my own work.
And I can’t tell them no, because I want them to be happy, and I am the one who can solve most of the problems.
So, I postpone my work on the most important files until the last deadline
and as a consequence, I feel stressed, overwhelmed, and I suffer from this situation.

What can I do?
