No flour or sugar protocol
My brain goes to…. that is not realistic for the rest of your life…
You need to eat this way for the rest of your life to keep weight off… so don’t even start that diet…
So then I try eating with a little sugar and flour and I have no weight loss.
When I try to think, this is possible to eat like this the rest of my life… it’s not believable at all!!
I really do wonder if this is possible!?
