Can I give myself a choice when I create my protocol for the following day? For example, I was thinking that one day a week I might give myself the option to have 2 glasses of wine. So let’s say for Sunday night, option one is salad and water, which I have every other night of the week, and option 2 is a bowl of popcorn and wine. And then I leave it up to myself to decide on Sunday evening which option I am going to choose?
Or am I trying to beat the system by letting my future self decide in the moment? Note that whichever option I choose, I don’t deviate from the plan I made the day before.
Just curious as to what you might say about that.
