Protocol and Panic Attacks


I am having a very hard time following my Protocol. The day starts out well, but as it progresses I have a very difficult time managing my thoughts. As soon as I take care of one thought (“You’ll fail at this”), another one takes it’s place (“Look how fat you are”). My Panic Attacks have increased in frequency and intensity, and I find it very difficult to manage thoughts once the panic sets in as all my energy is then devoted to breathing and not self-harming. Any advice?
