Protocol questions


Dear Coaches,
I started my food protocol in early May and it’s been great. I’m losing 1-2 pounds per week without much difficulty. But I do have 2 questions –
1. Does your primitive brain eventually start to like being on a protocol? I feel like things have really been quiet lately in the urge department and my brain is starting to like following a plan. Not complaining or worried, just wondering.
2. I’m starting to find my lunch is too big to finish but my dinner isn’t big enough, since I feel hungry afterwards. Is it worth changing my protocol to accommodate evening hunger, like shift a little of my lunch portion to dinner. Or should I stick to what’s working?
