“if you say insulting words and/or humiliate me in front of many people i will leave”

Is this a proper boundary? I ask because i think the first part of the above is really just an opinion/thought because it might be only me that thinks she insulting me or humiliating me. Others may interpret it differently. My question really is should the first part of the boundary sentence be an action that is a fact? I.e. if you shout at me or punch me, i will leave.
