I am a woman lawyer in a very busy firm. I work long hours and am trying to follow the protocol with no snacking. Sometimes, however, I work late or in late afternoon I am hungry and still at my desk with hours to go. Any suggestions on what to do or have? I have heard you suggest a bit of dark chocolate (a slippery slope for me) or a hard boiled egg. My plan is doing 3 meals of protein, veggie, fat. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
