Question about when you lost your weight


so I don’t think I’m quite to the point of “not desiring” foods that I crave quite yet. Example: today I ate a delicious salad that had all the healthy works on it like feta cheese, avocado, lemon vinaigrette dressings, and a few other healthy fatty options. I enjoyed this salad a LOT. I sat there and really thought about how each bite tasted damn good, lol.

I did however, counteract my delicious lunch with something just as entertaining. I watched a YouTube video on how to do gel nails. (This way I could make certain my food wasn’t the highlight of my lunch hour)

Is this still thinking in the right track? Of course I know I need to get to the point of stardust bar, but I think I can handle this practice.
