Quitting Smoking


Hello! I am working on quitting smoking. I have written down many of the negative thoughts I am thinking using the model. I have changed the thoughts to “maybe I can quit” or “maybe I can learn to not hate it while I am working on quitting” and “maybe I can commit to quitting”. I still feel unsure I can quit and need some help moving forward. How do I work on these new thoughts? Thank you!
