How do you suggest I organize the multitude of limiting thoughts I am now beginning to identify now that I have begun the SCS processs? I am a newbie (less than a week into the system)
This morning after I completed my thought download and model practices, I identified actions to take. Then when I was pondering an aspect of my career, I realized I had another 4 limiting thoughts around this topic.
How do you suggest I work through these thoughts methodically without the whole thought download process become a passive activity where I spend my time in thought downloads and model building? I want to eventually work through these thoughts, but I do not want to be distracted from the actions I identified today to perform and carry out.
Suggestions on how to capture these variety of thoughts, and then to organize and practice these thought downloads would help out a lot.
