I was watching the recent coaching video where the girl was being coached on the recent George Floyd murder. A black man in handcuffs murdered by a white man in uniform.

The coach said racism is just a thought and also said that people of color being treated differently is just a thought. At one point she says it is just a man being murdered by a man.

Is this approach not slightly adding to the problems of racism by undermining the severity of it? Especially when a white woman is telling a woman of color that racism is a thought?
