re-directing thoughts

Hi Brooke,

I just needs some direction for how to redirect thoughts. I do my models and come up with an intentional thought, but the old thoughts just keep surfacing. They show up when I first wake up in the morning. I get reminded by the unintentional thoughts often in the most innocuous way. It is constant and I end up going back down the hole and feel the pain all over again. I would love some direction on this.
