I was able to lose 10lbs following the LCS protocol a bit over a year ago. It felt great and I was proud of myself. Slowly, I regained the weight back and now it feels harder to do it again even though I know what to do. Did I white knuckle it last time? Do I need to be a different version of me this time? I don’t want to have to do this over and over again. What thoughts should I work on so that I take the action consistently?
