Hello, I have a question regarding programs and why I won’t start them.
Example. I find value in the course and enjoy the podcast. However, when it comes down to start the actual course I won’t take action. This happens to me when I feel there are timelines and videos/podcast to listen to. Whenever there is a structured time frame I don’t follow it purposely. I don’t like to feel restrained to following programs even though I find all the information valuable. This can be a healthy meal plan, an exercise plan and now in this case the urge jar and stop over eating workshop. Is it maybe ego saying I can do this on my own without someone’s help? Is there any insight into why I might do this? I would really like to follow through on these things, especially because they cost me money! Haha thanks for the help!
