I have a model and looking for some some thoughts to improve my R line.

C – My current job and salary
T – I got this job due to luck
F – Disempowered
A – Don’t recognize the hard work and skills that have led to getting role, Do not give credit for any new successes in current role, Compare myself to others in similar roles, Don’t take risks, List out failures/ways I’m not measuring up and identify all ways I am incompetent, Don’t look for ways to grow, Hide and stay below radar (fear of being found out), Work long hours to justify worth.
R – I further prove my belief that I was lucky.

I feel like I’m missing something in the R line. It seems too obvious.
