I did it! I thought the thought I wanted to during and after the meeting with the ex… except instead of so-called healthier thoughts I was toying with like ‘we can be friends’ or ‘I am over this’… I went with the one that felt good which was ‘he still wants me’. This was illustrated by certain circumstances/facts, and I felt good about that during and after the meeting, except now I’m a bit at the ‘what next?’ phase. He is with someone else now so I can’t really take massive action while sticking to my morals. My big fear of the break up is that he is totally over me and I meant nothing to him and that has been disproven to me (by both circumstances and thoughts). Should I just be glad my thought work went well and start working on a new thought to get over him?
