Sometime I feel my husband is rude to me. I could self coach my self and don’t make his actions mean anything but I think if I don’t get upset it is kind of accepting and condoning his bad behaviour…

C:Henri interrupts when I am talking and said: it is enough
T:he is being irrespecutful/ unfair / horrible
F: angry
A:get mad at him: withdraw, tell him he is an asshole, doesn’t know how to talk to people…
R: argue and all the plans for that day get ruined…

Can you please advise?
