I started to develop an eating disorder with the scale. I would step on the scale and notice that I gained. I would then binge. After binging I would restrict. Step on the scale and have gained weight and repeat cycle. Now I haven’t stepped on the scale for a month. I want to develop a healthy relationship with the scale. I want to be able to step on and not have it make me go into the binge restriction cycle. How do I develop a healthy relationship with the scale?
