I’m confused because I don’t understand what I want. I want to lose weight by stop eating fruit, but I’m afraid of missing out on seasonal fruit and want to enjoy it as much as possible while it’s in the stores. How do I solve this dilemma? It’s so delicious! I don’t know if I want to give it up. Eating in moderation is not an option. Every time I try, I end up overeating.
