Self love

I’ve known that my self love has been conditional, but it has become more apparent these days. My body is amazing, I’m sticking with my scheduled work so I’m getting more done and my skin looks great because I’ve been sleeping better with drinking less, but, unsurprisingly, I don’t love myself more. Getting rid of the outer circumstances I was using as an excuse has kind of uncovered my negative thinking about my self worth.

I actually feel stuck with what to do now. Help!
