My one goal for September is to not drink for 30 days. So far so good I am on day 19 and I feel great. The urge to drink comes but it is less and less each time. However, I have been eating off protocol almost every day. I have so much success with stop drinking and I feel great about it but I seem to be relying on the overeating to make it through. What do you recommend I do? Should i just stick to my one goal for the next 2 weeks and work on the overeating as my one goal for October? Or should I do the hard work, be uncomfortable and have 2 goals this month… Stop drinking and stay on protocol? What do you think?
