Setting deadlines


Hi Brooke,
From doing thought downloads, I realised that the reason I don’t set deadlines for myself, or give myself the excuse of many reasons why, is because that I am afraid of not being able to meet the deadline, then I’ll be disappointed in me, I’m afraid of being disappointed in me. This is a big realisation for me. But I find it hard to just switch to a thought that “I’m going to meet the deadline no matter what” because that fear is very strong, and I may just back away again. What is a bridging thought that can create a feeling that enables me more towards setting a deadline and meeting it?
