Just getting started with Scholars and trying to set my first goal. Really what I would like to achieve is more self-confidence and self love, but I think these are feelings rather than results? Plus I am unsure of how to measure this goal. I was thinking I could set a measurable goal – running a half marathon, then by committing to the goal and thinking about it intentionally I could create feelings of self confidence/love along the way.
Is this the correct way to go about this? Do you have any other suggestions?
