I feel a lot of shame.
I feel shame and guilt around my thoughts. I think things that I should not think.

I am in a happy relationship yet I think about seeing other people and I don’t know why (probably because I have low self esteem.)

I feel shame around my income. I feel shame around my attitude in general. I feel like a hypocrite.

What can I do to work through these feelings of shame? Are there any resources in Scholars that focus on shame?
